Worship is at the heart of what we do at Westminster and as Christians. We want our children to learn to love worship and grow into life-long worshipers, and so, the Children’s & Family Ministry Commission has agreed to make a change to Sunday School for our older children.
Beginning December 7, 2025, all children and youth in 2nd grade and older will remain in worship on Communion Sundays instead of attending Sunday School.
Through Kids’ Connection with Mrs. Egli and JAM with Dee and Kristy, our children have spent time learning about worship and sacraments in preparation for this change. We have also put together worship resources for parents and caregivers. Our hope is that these resources will help parents and families feel better prepared to worship together!
Have more questions? Looking for a resource not on the website? Please feel free to reach out! We are always here to support you.

The bulletin is our weekly guide through worship. Get ready for worship by walking through the bulletin and order of worship together. Children’s bulletins help break down the “why” behind each part of worship and include prompts to help worshipers engage more deeply in worship. Print copies of the children’s bulletins are available on the Welcome Table at the Bridge and the CFM table in the narthex.
(“Children” means all of God’s children – regardless of age! Grown-ups are welcome to utilize children’s bulletins well.)
