As winter collides with the ongoing coronavirus battle, we can easily find ourselves bored, lonely, and frustrated. Exercise is one of the best things we can do to help develop the coping skills we need as we head down the final stretch of the pandemic. Participation in an exercise program, either in person or virtually, can help release endorphins, provide an outlet for adrenaline when the frustration builds up, and help to combat isolation.
