5th and 6th Grade – NEW THIS YEAR!
We’re adding a fun new adventure for 5th and 6th graders to Barefoot School! This year, they will take a day trip to Crestfield Camp & Conference Center for a day of camp activities and outside fun. Our road trip will take place on Thursday, June 19. Children will be dropped of at Westminster in the morning, and transportation will be provided by Westminster staff and chaperones. We will return to Westminster in the afternoon.
Children will need to bring a packed lunch. More details will be provided closer to Barefoot School.
The cost for the field trip is $15.
Barefoot School would not be possible without our amazing team of volunteers! Youth and adults who are interested in volunteering can register beginning May 1, 2025.
Upon registering, you will be able to indicate what positions interest you the most, and we’ll do our best to match you with that role. There’s a place for everyone at Barefoot School!
Before Barefoot School, volunteers are asked to attend one of two training opportunities. Training is required for first-time and youth volunteers and highly encouraged for all others. Training dates will be announced in mid-May.
All volunteers over the age of 18 are required to submit clearances in accordance with Westminster’s Safe Church Policy and Pennsylvania State requirements.
