Many of us are "always on" scrolling through social media, checking email, or searching the web. Media spaces can be sites that nurture or harm, and become sources of anxiety, jealousy, and despondency.

We welcome Dr. Angela Gorrell, who will speak to us about tools to engage social media in constructive ways. Dr. Gorrell has taught most recently at Yale University and Baylor University. Angela has been a researcher on numerous grants, is a hired consultant, and is a highly sought-after speaker at both live and online events.
